James Stein

James Stein is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law, and began his career practicing commercial real estate law at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Chicago. Mr. Stein spent the next 6 years of his career at Studley, Inc. where he represented Corporations, Law Firms, Not-For-Profits, and Technology firms in commercial real estate transactions, including lease restructures, office relocations, and space efficiency analyses. In 2014, Mr. Stein joined Cushman & Wakefield in the office tenant representation group, where, working closely with partner Ari Klein, he advises tenants in a variety of sectors in the Chicago area and nationally.
