Kevin Bredeson

Director, Virtual Construction at Pepper Construction

Kevin Bredeson is the Director of Virtual Construction at Pepper Construction Company, one of the largest GC/CM firms in the Midwest. Kevin is an expert with Building Information Modeling (BIM) / Virtual Design & Construction (VDC). As the leader of Pepper’s Virtual Construction Group, Kevin provides support and training to the company’s Illinois region and collaborates with other offices throughout the Midwest. Kevin works in conjunction with owners, designers, and contractors from initial project development through turnover and facility operations to provide insight and guidance for the project team and to ensure the client’s goals are met. He has attended and presented at several BIM conferences and national trade organizations about this technology and its inherent value. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Northern Michigan University, is AGC CM-BIM certified, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
