Robots building 3D-printed steel bridge in Amsterdam

In a summer of promise, Danish startup MX3D and the City of Amsterdam have joined forces with Autodesk and Dutch contractor Heijmans, the firm behind those glowing Van Gogh-inspired bicycle paths. The goal? To create a 3D-printed metal footbridge that will lead to a full-scale, steel span.
