Back at our Engage event, Kevin Bredeson, Director of VDC at Pepper Construction along with George Matos, Principal at Blue Marble 3D took our audience on a trip. By no means, is this out of the ordinary for a BW event. Our experts frequently show our audience where the next generation of tech will thrust our industry to next. What made this occasion out of place, is they took us back in time to show us how we got here.

Climbing into our time machines we stopped at 1972, where Pong lives in black and white before heading back to 2015 through all of those pixels where the Oculus Rift lives in three dimensions.

On that night, Matos and Bredeson showcased the many benefits of virtual and augmented reality in the pre-construction phase of a building's design. Owners, architects, plumbers, et cetera, are now able to see the building well beforehand, saving time and money...and having an incredible opportunity doing so.
