Toy Chest set to storm Techweek

Toy Chest set to storm Techweek

by TODD STOLARSKI | June 11, 2015

After its successful debut at the MCAA Tech Conference earlier this week, BuiltWorlds cofounder Matt Abeles will be bringing his well-received Tech Toy Chest road show to Techweek Chicago on Thursday, June 25th. Taking center stage at the famed art deco Merchandise Mart, this version will have an expanded cast from stellar companies currently making a significant impact on the built space. "We have such a varied panel to offer, A to V...in reality," quips Abeles with a wry smile. Even beyond the red-hot AR and VR crowd, the panel is stacked. Energy tech, 3D scanning, and IoT tracking all are represented.

Techweek returns to Chicago after leaving Detroit like a lion earlier this year. From June 22-28, the event promises to have the entire Windy City on lockdown regarding all things tech. Starting with a hackathon and culminating with a Launch start-up competition, Techweek seems sure to keep us on the edge of our virtual seats. As we get closer to kickoff, stay locked right here at BW for updates, and be sure to purchase your discounted passes above.
