FROZEN 2: Fantastic drone
footage captures frigid metropolis

A new drone video from Soaring Badger Productions and videographer Colin Hinkle is out, and it doesn't disappoint

Shot using a DJI Phantom 2 drone and a GoPro Hero 4, the fifth drone video in Hinkle's series is the latest project to beautifully capture Chicago from above. It was shot over a four week period in January and February, and each day temperatures were between -6 and 20 degrees Fahrenheit.

In this video, you'll see images of Lincoln Park, Hyde Park, Logan Park, Buckingham Fountain, Northerly Island, Adler Planetarium and Lake Michigan, among other sites.

Hinkle's drone videos over Chicago never fail to amaze. Now, after newly proposed FAA regulations for commercial drones, he and other drone operators could actually get paid for their work.
